"I was looking for a place in Derby on short notice and came across Harvey PSG’s advert on Spareroom. I contacted them from the advert and they immediately organised a viewing for the next day. The rooms were excellently presented with en-suites and everything was brand new, with a large open kitchen and a very clean look. The rooms are ideal for a professional wanting to live with housemates, but also needing their own private space. The house is warm, welcoming but also open and large at the same time. Another huge positive was that there’s ample on-road parking in front of the house and on the side (it’s a corner house) – this was a big advantage compared to the other rooms I'd viewed around Derby. Another big plus is all the utilities, a cleaner and televisions in the room, are already included in the rent price – which makes transactions much simpler. I contacted them on Friday, viewed the house on Saturday, and committed to the letting agreements on Tuesday (that’s with Sunday & Monday off for New Years!) so the process of working with Harvey PSG has been as smooth as it possibly could be!”
